We were headed to the Drive In. Yes, it's are first time this year and we loved going last year. You pay $7 a person over 10yrs old and get to watch two newly released shows. Plus you can bring in any food or drinks you want.
We found the perfect spot and settled down to wait for the shows to begin. Andy was still hungry so he went and got a pizza and we all ate it. Gibby love it and had fun in the blankets and Etta loved eating pizza with Daddy.

The show started around 9:15pm. The kids were a little fussy 20 minutes into the show but then fell fast asleep.

Gibby slept perfectly on Mommy chest.
After the first show we moved the kids to the bottom of the truck. Andy and I laid back and enjoyed the second feature. That ended our very busy Saturday. Great fun and there will be many more trips to the Drive In this summer.

Oh, how fun! I remember going to the drive-in as a family when I was little. Great memories. You really packed a lot of fun into that Saturday, Traci. Weren't you just EXAUSTED at the end of the day?
Sounds like a great use of your truck! I wish we had a drive in close to us, they are all just used for swap meets now!
